Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Astrology by Pallavi, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments made for astrology services are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation by User
- Users may request cancellation before the scheduled session
- However, no refund will be provided
3. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability
- Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled time
4. Cancellation by Us
In rare cases where we are unable to deliver the service:
- The session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time
5. Late or Missed Sessions
- If the user is unavailable at the scheduled time, the session may be considered completed
- No refund or reschedule will be guaranteed
